Raising Healthy Teens

A 'free' four week course for parents and those involved with children and teens - to equip, discuss, support and encourage each other. All welcome!

Starting Wednesday 26th September at 7.30pm and then 

• 17th October - 14th November - 12th December

Run by Rachie Ross and Andy Dimon, who have over 40 years of experience working with children and teenagers between them. We will cover topics including:-

• Screens
• Anxiety
• Porn
• Social media
• Alcohol & Weed
